What we deliver
If your business is past the “anyone can run IT in their spare time” stage but not big enough for a full IT team, we operate the Microsoft side of things for you — Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows endpoints, identity, backups.
The point of the service is not to be a help desk. The point is that the boring foundations stay healthy: patches land, backups run, identity stays clean, monitoring catches things before users do, and you have someone to escalate to when something needs attention.
Where we usually start
A free assessment plus a one-time discovery is the right first step. We look at:
- What’s actually running today — tenants, subscriptions, servers, endpoints, who has admin to what.
- The boring foundations — patches, backups, identity hygiene, MFA coverage.
- What’s already automated and what’s still being done manually (or not at all).
- A realistic monthly cost for ongoing operations, in CAD.
You leave with a clear scope and an optional managed-services proposal.
Common engagements
Microsoft 365 operations. Tenant administration, licence management, conditional access, sharing reviews, backups, and adoption support.
Azure operations. Subscription hygiene, cost reviews, patch management, monitoring, and disaster recovery. We tell you when reserved instances pay back and when they don’t.
Endpoint management. Intune-based device management, Windows updates, baseline security configuration, and the bits of standard hygiene that quietly stop most incidents.
