What we deliver

Azure can be the backbone of a small business or a quiet drain on cash, depending on how it’s set up and watched. We help Canadian SMBs land somewhere closer to the first one.

We design Azure environments around the actual workload — not a generic reference architecture — and stay on for the ongoing care: cost reviews, patches, backups, and the occasional 11 p.m. call when something needs attention.

Where we usually start

A free 30-minute assessment, followed by a short paid review when there’s enough to look at:

  • Architecture and sizing — are the VMs the right size, and are the right things on PaaS?
  • Cost — what is being paid for, and what of that is earning its keep?
  • Identity, networking, and security — the boring foundations that get expensive when they’re wrong.
  • Backup and disaster recovery — the bit nobody thinks about until they need it.

You leave with a written summary and a clear list of recommendations. We’re happy to walk away if you don’t need us yet.

Common engagements

New Azure environment. Greenfield setup — networking, identity, the first workloads, the cost discipline that keeps the bill predictable.

Cost optimisation. Right-size, retire, reserve, and re-platform where it pays. Most reviews find double-digit percentage savings on the monthly bill.

Ongoing operations. Pay-as-you-go monitoring, patch management, and backups. Predictable monthly minimum, billable hours when something needs attention.
